Place and Time

This chronicle highlights some of the interesting landmarks in Montreal, Quebec from my trip there in June of 2007.  Montreal, itself, is the largest French-speaking city in North America – and it is one of the five largest French-speaking cities in the world.  Montreal is best known for its excellent festivals (including the International Jazz Festival and the Just for Laughs Festival), interesting architecture, amazing restaurants, cultural activities, great shopping, and lively nightlife scene.  In this chronicle, you will see and learn about the St. Henri district in Montreal, Old Montreal, Notre Dame Basilica, China Town and more.  Check it out! ;-)
