I love ice skating! Every year in Ottawa, Canada, the city freezes their canal and opens the longest outdoor ice skating rink the world! In February, I went to skate the canal with a couple of my skating friends. We had beautiful weather and spent a day skating the length of the canal up and back, a total of about 10 miles. Something every skater should experience.
