Place and Time

We only spent one night in Venice, but I feel like we saw almost all there was to see.  We started off with a Venice style "metro," otherwise known as a boat, taking us down the Grand Canal.  We just about traveled the entire length of the city in this first 20 minutes or so.

(above) The top left picture is of the famous Rialto Bridge, while the bottom left is me and my parents standing on the same bridge pictured above.  The top right is simply us standing on a pretty street while the bottom right shows the Basilica San Marco.

(below) The bottom left picture is the awsome view from our hotel window, while the bottom right shows the bell tower at Basilica San Marco.
