Like any ormal bride, I anted to do the only fun part of wedding planning right away. I wanted to buy my dress! My mom and I met at several different bridal boutiques and started the picky process of selecting the one perfect gown (It was almost as much of a selection process as finding the guy to go along with it).
One of my main goals during the wedding planning process was to NOT become bridezilla, which I already witnessed at the bridal stores. Despite wanting the perfect dress, I remained easy-going about my dress. With an open-minded attitude, I ended up getting a dress that was on sale for about $200-$300 off the sticker price. Whew!
The dress had a beautiful train, spaghetti straps, beautiful beadwork and lace, and I went with a simple but elegant veil. Finding comfortable shoes was another story!
