Place and Time

So glad I got to see them here.  Originally I had tickets for the White Stripes in a open field venue down in San Diego.  The Cold War Kids were opening and I was counting down the days to it.  On my way to school about five days before the show the radio was playing a White Stripe's song, and I was getting even more excited.  Just as I was getting out of the car the song ended and the radio host made the statement that he would have more news on the cancelled White Stripe's tour after the break.  When I got to school I told my three friends who I was going with and they all thought I was joking.  I wasn't sure if I had heard wrong or something either and checked the internet when I got home.  It was true they had cancelled all their American dates less than a week before we were going to see them.  I really hope they  tour again, but at least I got to see the next best thing.

These were some of the better ones i got of the band.  Theyhad an amzaing set and Jack White was very charismatic.  Also the guy with the long brown hair and red shirt seemed pretty funny.  At the end there's one of him singing.
