Place and Time

This chronicle provides a convenient place to post chance photos and eyewitness accounts of unusal accidents and happenings that you come upon.  You never know when it will help someone if you can snap a photo with your cell phone and write a short description of what you saw (along with the place and time as recorded in the chronicle).   

Of course if the situation is dangerous or someone needs help, please call 911 or otherwise deal with the situation before stopping to snap a photo !
